Room rates are for single occupancy. Add $10 per night for additional person.
DEPOSIT
A one-night deposit is required to HOLD your reservation. An advance deposit on a valid credit card will
confirm the reservation immediately and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. A written
confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Effective April 1, 2011
Should your plans change, you are entitled to a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, if you call at
least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is 13 days or less prior to your
scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to
rebook. Please remember we have a small number of rentals and turn away guests when you have a
confirmed reservation.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, CASH OR CHECK.
LIQUOR
The town of Murphy is now legal for all alcoholic beverages. Cold storage is provided.
CHILDREN/PETS
We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age or pets of any kind.
EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN
We will accommodate early check-in wherever possible. Innkeepers live on-site and are happy
to greet Guests until midnight. Please let us know if you'll be arriving late.
