Room rates are for single or double occupancy
DEPOSITS
One night deposit with credit card,check or money
order is required within seven days of making the
reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your reservation requires notification at
least 7 days prior to the reserved arrival date (14 days
for holidays and special events) and is subject to a $25
service charge per room.
SPECIALTY BREAKFAST
A specialty breakfast is included in the price of your
room. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 9:00am.
You may dine in the kitchen/dining room, undercover
porch or open deck with mountain view. Restricted
diets will be accommodated if we are notified when you
make your reservation.
LIQUOR
The nearest package store is located in Murphy, about 8
miles away. We suggest you bring your own. Cold
storage and set ups are provided.
CHILDREN/PETS
We regret that we cannot accommodate children under
12 years of age or pets of any kind.
